Terrible shipping, deceitful marketing

I've only ordered a few times from this store and the quality of the items so far are not excellent but not bad. The description on the website are very vague and i had to email for more information. Anyway, so far I am not happy with shipping. It takes more than 10 days for the order to arrive compared to the website promise of 3-5 business days for free shipping. I guess that's what I get for choosing free shipping. It is a very deceiving marketing ploy that gets a lot of customers like me. Right now, I ordered something on May 24th, shipped on May 25th and I haven't received it yet and the tracking cannot even give me the ETA when it will arrive to me. I have requested refund for the item because i no longer would want to get store credit and go through all this mess and trouble again but they will not refund me and i was told to still wait for my item. I bought the items intended to be used this weeken, June 4th but who knows when they will arrive.

Does not allow returns

Does not allow returns, only for store credit. I keep buying new things to use my “credit” but everything is very poor quality
